Sudden Impact

February 21, 2014

Curated by 11:11 ACC & Zeina Baltagi

The San Fernando Valley is home to a number of innovative, inspiring and cultural academic institutions. From the community colleges to California State University, Northridge to private institutions like the Academy of Figurative Art and the Valley Print Studio, the resources available to San Fernando Valley artists to grow professionally within their medium is vast.

11:11 A Creative Collective is proud to showcase these institutions, public and private, their students, graduates and instructors to exhibit the influence the San Fernando Valley has on the greater Los Angeles’ creative culture and economy. With this exhibition, we will highlight the innovation percolating through such San Fernando Valley institutions and promote the collaboration and participation of Valley artists and residents.
